1️⃣ ✊ Why we are ready to strike

When FFAP members get the resources they need, everyone benefits—including our colleagues, families, community members, and most importantly, our students. Some of the things we’re fighting for:

• Fair Pay and benefits that help us keep up with the cost of living.
• Stop the Cuts to programs and course sections
• Shared Governance
• Equity for Part-time Faculty

FACT: PCC has the resources to settle a fair contract.

• PCC’s budget inflates costs, underestimates revenue, and sets aside $27M for a “contingency fund”
• The President’s Office Budget increased by $17M since 2023
• Management FTE has increased by 29% since 2019. Returning to 2019 levels could save $26M
