When FFAP members get the resources they need, everyone benefits—including our colleagues, families, community members, and most importantly, our students. Some of the things we’re fighting for:
- Fair Pay and benefits that help us keep up with the cost of living.
- Stop the Cuts to programs and course sections
- Shared Governance
- Equity for Part-time Faculty
FACT: PCC has the resources to settle a fair contract.
- PCC’s budget inflates costs, underestimates revenue, and sets aside $27M for a “contingency fund”
- The President’s Office Budget increased by $17M since 2023
- Management FTE has increased by 29% since 2019. Returning to 2019 levels could save $26M
