A simple, equitable formula
In May 2021, members approved moving from tier-based dues to a percentage-based model, so members with very different salaries no longer pay the same amount.
- Only the salary for your primary job at PCC is used to calculate dues.
- If there are zero gross earnings in a pay period, zero dues are deducted.
- Dues grow automatically as we bargain wage increases, with no need for repeated tier votes.
