2019 Executive Council Elections

Each May our membership elects representatives for our Executive Council—the group of union leaders who represent all members. Executive Council members are leaders in the college who take on a wide range of roles in advocating for our members: supporting them if problems arise in the workplace, working with administration to fairly enforce our contract, organizing member get-togethers, and performing other related activities.

*A Note about compensation: The Federation has 20 releases to distribute among elected officers each year (ten paid by admin, and ten paid by FFAP), and it does so based on a variety of factors, including the employee class of the individuals. Positions such as Executive Vice President and Treasurer require significant time commitment, and so they receive stipends that may be paid over the course of the year. For context, a one-course stipend per term in 2018-19 = $4,236.

Please contact us or any of your Executive Council members if you would like more information.
